Get structured training sessions from our knowledgable coaches. Personal Training Principles
Personal training is more than having someone put you through a challenging workout, its about implementing structure and accountability in order to train safely and achieve specific and measurable goals. Just like our coaching and programming, our personal training still focuses on sustainability for long-term results, that's why we recommend signing up for multi-session packages.
Coaching vs. Personal Training Philosophy
What's the difference? Often times "coaching" and "personal training" are used interchangeably, or sometimes not at all. While there is overlap no matter how you define it, it simply comes down to different ways to help individuals get healthier and stronger. Coaching typically requires a more hands-on analysis and training approach geared towards a specific sport or sports. Personal Training (according to our interpretation) is a more structured and simple path to getting stronger or more fit. It all depends on your goals.
